About

Hello, my name is Becca, and I am a 21 year old who is a passionate follower of Jesus. I currently nanny for two adorable kiddos!  I am very blessed to be in a relationship with my dream man, Matt.  When I was 18, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, an auto-immune disease which affect the joints that can be very painful.  At times I may seem like the shy girl that doesn’t do much talking, but in all honesty I’d rather be surrounded by my friends who get to see the silly side of me.  I am the type of girl who day dreams about the future,  yet I attempt to embrace the present and each moment that seems to slip by ever so quickly.  I have a passion for encouraging those around me because I aware of how cruel this world can be.

Other interests of mine include: reading Karen Kingsbury and Jodi Picoult books, dancing, singing, and of course my new favorite-blogging!

I am a rheumatoid arthritis fighter, a warrior who refuses to let a senseless disease shape who I am.

    I will pray for you!
What would the name of your band?

    Love lies within!

Thanks so much for the prayers!! I’m actually having a pretty sore and stiff morning, so it means a lot. Ha, hmm what a good question. I don’t even know where to begin with a band name. I’ll have to think about that. God bless you too! Thanks for checking out my blog!

i read you were learning to play the piano:

Beethoven’s Fur Elise (Bagatelle in A Minor Wo0 59) la mineur a-Moll Vladimir Ashkenazy piano
“a powerful love ending in a broken heart’s soothing pulse, pleading with the universe in a mysterious deep prayer that draws us into his sorrow”

You are most welcome! I recently read from a book that we should be missionaries in any job field we are called to. So true!

that’s funny, I just heard this quote from Jim Elliot: “Our young men are going into the professional fields because they don’t “feel called” to the mission field. We don’t need a call; we need a kick in the pants!” good stuff. May God’s direction be clear for you!
